I ain't havin' this. Someone had busted in the door ta me home in Stormwind. Just like that. I was only gone fer... what... A week? One door ain't a big deal, but that same SOMEONE had stolen me hard earned treasures as well! O' course I cannae report me goods stolen either, since well... most o' me goods weren't exactly mine to begin' with, if ye catch me drift. Aaawh, bollocks. All I can say. They just had to smash up me old chest too... 'an that was a family heirloom! With the Grimshade family crest upon it 'an all. No respect fer tradition...
I reckon it's time I pack up what I've got left 'an move back to me an...ancss... ancestrahl... FAMILY home, in Ironforge. At least ye can trust a dwarf. Most o' the time. Not so many o' 'em damned foreigners hoppin' aboot in Ironforge. 'an on that note, I better get meself some security. Erm... wait... I'm a guard now. How did that happen again? Was I hammered? Damn it, I need to stop makin' spur o' the moment decisions like this!
Nobody's been askin' me to guard anythin' tho. Come to think o' it, I haven't even seen anyone since the night I joined, if ye dunnae count that one loony who charged into the Stormwind City Guard's Command Center just to yell at me 'an call me a traitor. Who was that anyway? I was hopin' fer sum excitement, when I joined tha guard. Yanno, gettin' the comp'titi..tion of the streets would've been a bonus, mmm-hmm. I dunno, seems like life in the mountains ain't nearly as fascinatin' as the life can be at sea or even in Stormwind. Nae as many troubles to git into either.
I dunno, maybe I would've been better off joinin' me forces with somethin' a bit more adventurous? I mean... doin' me bit fer me fellow dwarves is grand... except that I dunnae know if I'm really guard-material. I need ta give this sum thought.
Meanwhile, I'm goin' ta move to Ironforge 'an get a sturdier door that locks proper!
