A Devons Adventure in Dustwallow - Part 2 (Mild Language)

It had been a few hours and the sun had sunk over the horizon giving the Azerothian sky the brilliant ruby tones of evening. The White Lady had not yet come and the sun’s light had not yet fully closed over the swamp. Devons, the eccentric priest, had managed to carve his way through the thickets and marshy landscape, reaching a set of rocky islands along the coast of Dustwallow. The waves gently lashed against the sandy shores and the strong scent of the sea rushed over this place,…

So you Wanna Role Play an Undead.

So you wanna Role Play and Undead.

In the World of Warcraft there are actually many Undead to choose from.  The two Major Ways to Play an Undead.  One is by race and the other is by Death Knight.  Those two cover game Mechanics and will be the basis of this series of…

Kiss (3-10)

He is lovely and pure-hearted and fresh and clean.

He is still weak, but he knows how to bend the Light to his will, and does so in service to the Horde, deployed to my old battlefield of choice.

He drinks and gambles, but these problems can be rectified easily enough so long as they do not escalate into addiction. If I must do it through keeping his lips and hands occupied…

Explosions!?

I stayed there against the wall for the entire song till a felt a hand on my shoulder I turned to see Ambassador Sunsorrow, I remember well what he said. "We've all lost someone" and handed me a book. "It's not much just the song. Still hopefully it'll help you."

I thanked him kindly for the book and placed it within my pack, he asked that I go see Thrall when I have a chance so that I might see the Horde as it truly is. I left the Undercity and headed to the Sepulcher first however to… Continue

Lament

In these annals I align my memories, my thoughts, I reaffirm my will upon the world around me. But I am still not there, so again I shall transcribe more of my memories onto paper. Here I they shall have order and so till will my mind once again.

My arrival in Tirisfal was once again quiet and uneventful. My last visit I had rushed from the ruins straight to Dethknell, this time I truly stopped and looked. I admit I was more pleased then I should've been to see the humans precious…

Of Ghosts and Ghouls.

((Just a heads up this one has a little male crush implied you probably might not even notice except for the fact I told you. Message is here just in case you're squeamish at even the slightest tiniest hint of stuff like that to tell you not to read and don't complain on the comments.))

Too long has it been since I took up my quill to write of my past but it is again that time. Much has happened and much must be written. I left Dethknell and returned to Silvermoon after some minor… Continue

The Diary of Archmage Kelsus Hadson (The Shattering)

It is the 23th of November in the Alliance Calender,

I...I've always krown that the Black Dragonflight had a plot in the crisis, I've always krown that the world would eventually collapse and fold to such measures of pure destruction ever since the Second War. But this...its unbeliveable.

Stormwind City, Last bastion of Humanity, central point of the mighty Grand Alliance. Was attacked, it was ripped apart. We're...we're still counting the casualties. We're still figuring… Continue

Forgotten Shadow

It has been some time since my last entry; my sleep has been easier as of late. Though still restless, not surprising as I find my mind still wandering. Lack of focus is a deadly thing in battle, more so when your focus is your weapon. Well... time to continue this exercise and hopefully get back to the concentration I once possessed.

My arrival at Deathknell required a fortunately short trip thanks to the translocater installed in the Lordaeron ruins being linked to the one in… Continue

Light and Shadow

Once again I find myself by the campfire, thinking of my past. I have noticed some improvement from this exercise, my memories of the events previously written are sharper and I spend less time dwelling on them. So it seems beneficial that I continue this exercise to allow my focus to be maintained. Since my previous entry my mind has been wandering always back to my time as an acolyte of the divine.

The first week of my training I received a letter from my youngest brother with news… Continue

The Book of My Life

Today I sit by the fire and remember my days, the flickering pages of a book I'm afraid to write. It's the book of my life, as clear cut as I can make it. As every section reveals there's sorrow in my life as well as everyone else’s. It's like a puzzle in my mind bits and pieces to be put together; I honestly fear I will not understand the maze of my memories till the end, like any story.

Perhaps others will read it at a later date, but it is primarily a place for me to remember. I… Continue

Winter Veil

(( Merry [Insert Holiday Here]! Here's my interesting tidbit today. If any of you have noticed a few oddities in Kalren's grammar, such as using phrases as "mine own," it relates to the older grammar roles. The words "thy" and "thine" were selected in accordance to the power proceeding it. I would say "thy car is bad" or "thine automobile is bad." If it starts with a vowel sound, then it ends with the "-ine" suffix.

The same applies to the words "my" and "mine" back then. This is why… Continue

Help me, I'm old!

Monday, 9/2/624, 4:46 PM

Dear Self and Reader(s),

Oh, Light, I am officially old! A retiree, a senior citizen, an elder, a wise man, whatever you want to call it... they are all only innocent disguises for something much, much more horrible.

Age.

Next thing I know, I am going to start going to Goldshire and playing the cards, or wondering who my granddaughter is (oh, Light, grandchildren... do not get too far ahead of yourself, Kalren!), or forgetting… Continue
