To the Swine Duke Quellian Dawnblade of Silvermoon

Lord,

I have acquired in my possession one Duchess Cymbol Dawnblade during The Phantom Legion's recent foray into your ally lands. No doubt the tarty lady was out in the barrens looking for the loins of a stronger Orc over your feminine ignoble manhood.

The wench was as free with the mouth as any prostitute in a nunnery was. She has freely told me of your... gentlemen handicaps and has been a pleasure to have around our keep. Because of her unchaste mouth which silver… Continue

An unbound stack of papers. (cont.)

*On flipping the previous page over to see the one beneath it, one would see a large full page drawing of a complex suit of armor, various numbers and short hand notes are littered about. Arrows and brackets show items of importance or illustrate how a given part should move. This new page begins a new entry.*

Figuring out where to start on such a life altering change is a bit like choosing where to begin on a new suit of armor. Do you start from the ground up, provide a solid base… Continue

Monday Night Champion

Oh so much has happened since I last wrote in my journal.

The Barrens' operation was a huge success. While we had some delays in logistics we struck by Crossroads and Camp.. Tauren Leg? Whatever that other city is called. We burnt several guard houses, tore apart the blacksmith and sat killing any horde we saw. We did this because Crossroads is a major trading center in Kalimdor and while most people don't think of Crossroads as being particularly rich we were able to secure their… Continue

Stolen Moments

[As a few people have rightly pointed out, this post is a bit confusing without context. Please allow me to supplement with a bit of "the story up to this point":

Sedrai, having agreed to infiltrate the demon Xonath's organization on a mission to help Tharion Greyseer gather information on his plans, has passed the demon's first test with flying colors, impressing him with the harvest of innocent blood she gathered in…

Origin of a Thug (Ratten)

(( I don't actually play this jerk any more, but I kind of like his origin and he -might- show up in Ally RP, you never know ))

Tommy sniffled, rubbing the back of his hand across his nose and mouth. It came away streaked with red. Great. Combine that with his torn clothes and the tightness under his eye that meant a real shiner was coming on, and Ma would be yelling at him again for fighting. Even though it wasn't his fault. That fel-taken bastard -- he paused to savor the curse… Continue

The Dairy of Archmage Kelsus Hadson

It is the 30th of August of the Alliance Calender,

Aha alas the last day of Season of Summer, and hopefully all this anarchy and chaos upon the Kingdom and the Alliance. Much has occured this week, the Tournament of the Pheonix, a new Guard Captain, a forthcoming of a news agency, and what appears to be a chapter upon the Court.

The Tournament was without a doubt, a massive sucess and a morale support for the Court, we've competed and done our best upon it, I'm must proud… Continue

Upon Smooth Waters we Sail

Monday, August 30th

The Sunday gathering went very well. It was nice being back on Draenor, especially visiting the Marshlands and the Sporeggar people. They were very courteous in allowing our stay, and gave us space so long as we didn't interfere with them. I wonder what they thought of our people?

I have given my mother a frog for her birthday, as she requested. Why she wished a tree frog as a present, and why she wanted to have a frog in Winterspring makes little sense… Continue

Karma, thou art Cruel

Oh Karma, what did I do to freck you over? First ye pit me against angry guards, plunge me into frozen waters, then have me take part in rituals, have me arm burned, and now... ye have me get shot??

All I be doing was fishing on a bridge in Stormwind. Mirth joined me and I had a lovely chat with her, as well as a chat with some passer-bys. I had an odd woman speak to me for a bit of whom I had sene in various arguments, but she seemed like a nice enough lass and was very respectful.… Continue

A stack of unbound papers.

*What is written here is in a normal "guy" script. Legible but not the neatest handwriting. The papers are unbound and stacked in order, some have cup stains and ink blotches. All of them have various schematics in the margins, between paragraphs, before or after sentences and thoughts. These depict various blacksmithing ideas such as new peices or improvements.*

Recently it struck me that I've never set down my tthoughts. Indeed, I'm more private than I think anyone might realize,… Continue

End of a Chapter

I have left my letter of resignation to the new captain of the Stormwind City Guard, Captain Drisk. Considering Balaul's retirement and the recent issues I have had, I felt that it was now the right thing to do after all. The guard felt restricting to me, after so many years of being able to mainly answer to myself. I made an effort, but at the end of the day, I wish I would've had more freedom.

I will continue to protect the city of Stormwind and it's residents, as the city will… Continue

[Journal] In the Phoenix's Wake

A tournament brings a much lighter tone to the ranks, even moreso than the daily bar revelry so many Templars enjoy. I rarely cull their drinking or best-described as frivolity, not unless it affects the swing of their swords. Strangely enough, it never does, or perhaps it is because my perspective is skewed from fighting alongside dwarves for too long. Or perhaps it is the Templars have picked up a few dwarven habits, given that a number of them own or work inside a dwarven tavern.…

Frozen Bodies, Burnt Limbs

Well, today has been... eventful. I'll be brief as I can, book, as I am exhausted and need rest.

Yesturday I went to see Pishtun last night, my old magic instructor. I helped him recover an element he needs for the dispelling the curse, but it involved climbing a mountain in northern HJowling Fjord. I was bloody exhausted, and was ever thankful to have blink for those steep climbs. To save us a trip down the steep mountain peak, I casted a slowfall on us, and we took a leap of faith.… Continue

Tournment of the Pheonix

Tonight was the Tournament of the Phoenix and I must say it was an absolutely amazing tournament, everyone fought well and the matches in the jousting and duel event went great. I just wish I could have seen the earlier events, from what I heard it was most impressive. Miss Maliki one of my co workers at the Mug came in second place in the tournament tonight and did an absolutely amazing job, she is such a sweet person I never expected to see her be such a formidable and capable… Continue

It's about time.

After many months of staying in Northrend, I finally convinced my wife to come back to Silvermoon. I think with the money I made adventuring that it's safe to retire.

The last three years in Northrend has completely reshaped my life. From the discovery of my wife's survival to the befriending of Epostraz, I doubt I shall forget it for the rest of my elvish life. I already hung up my armor on my house's armor rack, and I believe that when my daughter bearrs a child I can show it to my… Continue

Lakeshire.

Redridge, finally. I arrived in the town of Lakeshire early this morning, along with seven or eight other travelers I met in Goldshire but never really got to know over the course of our three-day travels. The only one I think I talked to for the duration of the entire journey was an elderly man named Burnwick who seemed to be the man in charge of the group. From what I gathered from our few brief and rather awkward conversations, they all worked for a periodical news organization of some sort,… Continue

Messages from the Enemy

Throdin looked up from his writing a moment; still no one in sight. They were glad he kept the smithy far enough away from the camp to avoid pestering them with the noise and singing; he was glad they were too far away to snoop in on what he was writing. Amidst the blacksmithing plans and requests, there were two hastily written letters. He rolled them up and placed them to the side; a moment later, they were both gone.

For a brief moment, he was Throdin again. Then it was back to… Continue

Squawking Princess: The Prize of Pillaging

Book, I saw battle. Or at least, a bit of one anyways. The Phantom Legion raided crossroads with the intent of plundering loot from its hovel of money stored within the bowels of its tavern. We did indeed find riches, more then what i personally expected, but the Baron seemed to be expecting all of the coins. Says that the Crossroads be where trade comes and goes at times. I portaled the vaults out, and tried to keep me nose clean of trouble. I nay have as much combat experience as these… Continue

Conflict

And then they were upon them. It had been so fast, no warning, no cry for help, appearing in the mist of the night and storming the barricade. Soldiers, hundreds upon hundreds of heavily armoured footmen, all with one directive in mind, to kill everything, with no mercy, no remorse. And they followed this order. They had formed into three lines, that stretched out of sight, spread evenly on the road to the barricade, and advanced in a slow, mechanical pattern. The defenders stood stout,… Continue

More memories?

((MAJOR SPOILERS INCOMING!))

It seems that after writing my last article I passed out on the shore of Gilneas.

While unconscious I had an incredible dream. It was much too vivid to be something that my mind just came up with, so I can only write it off as another memory.

Waiting in the trees, I looked to the group I had with me. One I saw had ragged hair and stubble lined his face. He was deeply tanned, which complimented his brown hair… Continue
