To the Members of the Council,
I hereby comfirm what the Matron has relayed. I know this man, I know his past, and that of the resident Sawni. I warned the Matron against this individual, then I was notified when he invaded the town yesterday. This man holds a personal grudge against me, and he submitted himself to Matron Sunsong's authority. Since Sawni was now surrounded by friends and I had become the focus of his anger, I withdrew from the scene so as to not give him any excuses to start anymore violence, given the fact we were within Academy grounds.
I insist this man must be expelled, arrested if possible, and I am willing to answer any questions you may have.
