Earthen Ring Events and Open/Public Roleplay Locations (05/01/2013)

Greetings, new and old roleplayers of Earthen Ring.

Hello and welcome. Earthen Ring currently touts many weekly roleplay events, including events that occur every-other week. The name, type, faction, times and contact information of each event is provided below. This is to help people locate roleplay in their neighborhood, as well as contact those who run the events for networking purposes.

New and old roleplayers alike are welcome to attend these events. Some listed here have been occurring weekly for a number of years, while others are new.

If you plan on hosting a weekly event yourself, do not hesitate to contact me ingame or make a post in this thread with event and contact information. Please provide the following information about your event:

 Gathering of warlock and other users of the dark arts. A mix of in-character and out-of-character events.

 Every 2nd Sunday of the month.

(A) Sunday Services, 12 - 1 p.m. server

Behind the Cathedral of Light, Stormwind

• Host:
Erdo (or contact Celestyna or Monroe)

• Info:
Celestyna Brightmore or Erdo Taali hosts a sermon and discussion on the Light each week, work schedule of permitting.
Guest speakers are welcome, all are invited. Please contact Erdo, Celestyna, or Monroe.

Once Erdo has his schedule the time for the event will be updated.

 

(H) Sunday Service for the Horde, 3 - 4 p.m. server

Varying locations, changes weekly.

(Alliance) Story Night at Redridge, 8pm-10pm
Location: Redridge Lakeshire, near the Graveyard
Guild: Alliance Protectorate
Host: Quillson, Kelsus, and the Alliance Protectorate 
Info: Come to Redridge, to the graveyard across the lake from Lakeshire, and swap tales, battle stories, poetry, and whatever else suits your fancy.

Thanks for this! <3. Also as a new Earthen Ring role-player, I'm eager to get into it as I am learning to develop my character. I am also more than happy to bankroll Alliance side events. There used to be great Comedy Nights, old Gnome Races, duel brawls with bets, horse races, and so much more from what I've read and watched on low level alts over the years. I would love to see these again!

Great to hear, Geary. If you decide to host an event, please post the info in this thread. I'm planning on updating this to list regular event a well as open roleplay locations. The final format hasn't been decided, but this thread should be updated soon.
